The Spag Master Draft Script

They say the things you love will be the death of you, and Teresa is a
girl who loves spaghetti. One day she makes so much spaghetti that her
house burns down and she burns horribly in the accident and is on life
support. While in a coma Teresa meets god and god says: Teresa if you
don’t get rid of all this spaghetti i will strike down on you so hard
and you will die. So Teresa has to get rid of all this spag in just 24
hours. There is so much spaghetti, and so little time. Teresa goes on
various conquests to try and get rid of the spaghetti.

Scene 1: The origin

Shot of Teresa in kitchen, making spaghetti.
TERESA: God, I love spaghetti so much. I’ve been working all day, and
the only thing I have to look forward to is this nice warm bowl of
spaghetti at the end!

Teresa sits on couch with bowl. But leaves the burner on.

VOICEOVER: (ominous) Find what you love, and you will let it kill you.

*House goes up in flames* *lots of screaming* *Sad music*

Scene 2: The Divine Intervention

Teresa wakes up in a strange land.
TERESA: (groggy) What-- Where am i??
GOD: Teresa my young one, this is your final judgement. You have been
cursed with having too much spaghetti
TERESA: But my lord, one can never have too much spaghetti!
GOD: You are mistaken my child, and That was the culmination of your
sin. One can indeed have too much spaghetti. In fact, that is the
little known EIGHTH DEADLY SIN, wasting spaghetti. You, my child, had
so much spaghetti that your house burhned down. You almost died.
TERESA: What??
GOD: That’s right. Back On earth, You're Very badly burned. Your house
has been decimated. You have no possessions. The EMTs can barely even
keep your heart going.
TERESA: Oh lord!!! What have I done to myself???
GOD: You have bitten off far more than you can chew. But There is
still hope, my child. I have the power. I have the power to give those
EMTs the push they need to save your life. I am god, after all.

TERESA: Oh please, what can I do? What can I possibly do to save
myself from all this spaghetti???!?!?!?
GOD: I have one option for you on this day of judgment. All that
spaghetti which you have so frivolously wasted in the fire, you must
return to earth and be rid of all that spaghetti within the next
twenty four hours! Or else you shall never be so blessed as to return
to earth!!
TERESA: Twenty four hours?? God, I have enough spaghetti to
comfortably feed a family of six for a week! And I’m only one small
girl! I’ll never get rid of all that spaghetti! I’M DOOMED!!!
GOD: This is your curse my child. But there is a light at the end of
the tunnel. You have 24 hours. Best of luck.

**God disappears. Maybe a ripple thingy or something.

Scene 3: The return to earth

(In apartment)
Teresa wakes up, confused. Immediately starts freaking out.
TERESA: What am I to do? There’s so much spaghetti, and so little
time!!!
Teresa is rushing around, crying.
TERESA: I DONT WANT TO DIE!!!
Teresa decides to go for a walk to clear her head. She eats one bowl
of spaghetti. Can’t think about a problem like this on an empty
stomach.

Teresa decides to go for a walk to clear her head. On her way she
encounters a mysterious gremlin like figure wearing a chefs hat.

CHEF PASKETTI: Hello little girl, you look like you could use some
guidance
TERESA:

Who are you??

CHEF PASKETTI: I am the ghost of chef pasketti. Kitchen man
extraordinaire. And of course, I know all about you teresa, and your
situation. I think I can help you.
TERESA: Why should I trust you? I just met you, I don’t even know if
you’re real, or if this is all a dream. And besides, why should I take
the advice of a lowly DEAD chef?
CHEF PASKETTI: You underestimate me! LOWLY??? Who are you to reject
the help of your one possible lifeblood at this point?
TERESA: What are you talking about?
CHEF PASKETTI: (deep in thought) about 30 years back I had a similar
accident to yours. Horrible kitchen accident, the entire place went up
in flames… just like you, I committed the eighth deadly sin, of
wasting spaghetti. I was tested just as you are being tested right
now. But I FAILED!!!! OH TERESA, DON'T END UP LIKE ME!!!
*Pause*
CHEF PASKETTI: but you don’t want my help, so i'll be on my merry way
(turns and starts walking away)

TERESA: Wait!!! *chases CP* I do want your help, I need your help! I
don’t want to die!!! You’re my only hope!
CHEF PASKETTI: *smirkingly* That’s the spirit.. Now let’s get started.

scene 4: teresa and chef pasketti in teresa’s apartment

TERESA: chef pasketti, we’ve come so far. but i’m still not sure i can
finish all this spaghetti!
CHEF PASKETTI: well my dear, that is the lesson. you can’t finish all
this spaghetti. but… god never said YOU had to finish the spaghetti
alone. harness the great power of love in your heart to accomplish
this harrowing task.
TERESA, chef, you’re so right. I will call my friends and ask them to
help me to finish the spaghetti! that’s the perfect idea!

Scene 5 (summary- writing rn) teresa invites a bunch of people to her
house to try and finish the spag, they are confused as to why teresa
needs to finish the spag so fast, really weirded out by her urgency
toward the task, don't really get why she's asking them to eat it so
fast, teresa ends by pigging out on the spaghetti, friends are totally
freaked, but teresa ends up living. (endling line (teresa): “Maybe the
real spaghetti is the friends we made along the way”)
