Eliza R. Whiting and Emily Howland were both trustees of the Kowaliga School. Discusses New York banker Clarence H. Kelsey's claim that Whiting was made a trustee illegally. Remarks that, after the recent death of the school's founder William E. Benson, Kelsey planned to use the institution to "enrich the greedy." Discusses Benson and the future of the Kowaliga School without him.
