Discusses her experiences at the asylum for female inmates that she managed for a month, and considers plans for its future management. Hopes that Gibbons will visit the asylum and give constructive criticism. Talks about the mother of the late Col. Charles E. Griswold, who requests an introduction to Gibbons.
