Tells of going to Albany to talk to Chairman Bush about the Ways and Means Committee about her bill to establish a reformatory for women prisoners within commuting distance of New York City. After explaining her case to Chairman Bush, he assured that the bill "will be reported favorably this afternoon." Writes that "it is said Governor Flower will approve."
