Mary Taylor Stone taught with Martha Schofield at the Schofield School in Aiken, South Carolina, from 1868 to 1869. She has recently married Major William Stone, and they have been travelling since their wedding. She looks forward to arriving in Aiken soon and seeing Schofield.
