Description
Written on the letterhead of Charles R. Skinner, Superintendent of the Department of Public Education of the State of New York, for whom she was the secretary. Aspinwall Hilton acknowledges receipt of a letter from Chapman on behalf of Skinner. She states that she knows "of no man who is a more sincere advocate of justice and fair play for women than Mr. Skinner."
