Discusses the development and unveiling of a picture of herself, possibly referring to the oil painting by Nellie Mathes Horne that now resides in the National Portrait Gallery in Washington, D.C. Reports the re-election of Mrs. William J. Andrews as President of the District Federation of Women's Clubs and her plans to speak for Gardner's Club.
