Rufus M. Jones Diary, 1926
The 1926 Rufus M. Jones Diary chronicles Jones' journeys across the Pacific Ocean, to Japan, China, the Philippines and India, between June and December of 1926. While in Asia, Jones gave lectures at educational and spiritual gatherings and met with prominent political and spiritual leaders of the time, including Mahatma Gandhi, Silas Strawn, Eiichi Shibusawa and W. W. Yen. These experiences, as well as citations from Jones' contemporary research, are documented here.
