They did know.
Many of them didn’t ask for the lamb when they came in. I sternly reminded them that they need to speak up, last night
after we broke fast and I discovered that they went to the dc for food but didn’t get the lamb.
Indeed we cannot throw away food.
I am saddened by that.
I actually went and picked up a few of the students at the final hour to pick up some lamb: we were too late. Alfred
helped us as best as he could. He was unable to find the lamb at 7:30 when we got there.
I even called Jen. Sorry to call after hours, Jen. I thought that the dc closed at 7:30, not 7:00.
For the next few days, will chicken be ample on the menu? I gave my lamb dish to a student, but it looked very
delicious.
I really appreciate all of your help in this matter.
