In the video, student organizers have their videos turned off and have changed their screen names to Henry Drinker, James Magill, William Comfort, and other historical members of the Haverford College administration. One strike organizer notes that they decided to name themselves "after some of the old white men who have made Haverford the racist institution that it is today." In the meeting, the strike organizers read through the strike demands while both administrators and strike organizers seek clarity on various points.
