Legal document. Cursive in brown ink. Top left corner of the page contains the date ("Du 14 November 1741"). Top line of the text is larger than the rest. A stamp (" G. D'Orleans 13 Sol. 4 Den.") in black ink occurs at the top. Left margin of the recto contains two bits of writing: one is parallel to the main text, and the other is perpendicular to the main text. Within the document are references to the acquisition of a house. Names mentioned: Dame Dudoyes, Dame Demandville, Dame Duehaulvoix, and a certain M. Gerard Gaue/tt S[?] Dechallets. Writing on both sides.
