Letter from Marie Litzinger to her father and grandmother, October 9, 1916
In her first letter from college, Marie Litzinger describes her arrival on campus, registration, interview with the President and the Dean, medical check-up, her new dorm room, and selecting classes. She also covers several Bryn Mawr traditions, such as Parade Night, and Sophomores welcoming the Freshman class. She is excited about college but misses her home and family.
