Suffrage
(a) M. de Condorcet proposed Woman Suffrage in the Constitutional Convention following the French Revolution (1793). This was the first time this had been done in the entire history of the world. (b) Mary Wollstonecraft published the "Vindication of the Rights of Women" in 1792. This was the first book on Woman's Rights. It was translated into French and German and led the way to the coming of women's rights.
