Dearest Minnie, Town and heat have left no time or energy for letter writing since you left much to my regret and now I have only time to send a line saying I have just sent a long winded production to Bessie in answer to her letter, but of course for you all, giving I hope clearly my very decided news about this Stewart case. If we yielded, our whole policy would be affected and it would be the first lowering of our standard. You only said you GǣthoughtGǥ it might be well, hence I hope you will agree with us after reconsidering, and MamieG��s opinion you had not at that time.
