For Kay and "Conditions on Island" are written on the front page. Appears to be written by Martha Schofield. The second page bears a sketched map of the islands where Martha Schofield taught when she first came to South Carolina. She writes about the school that was first called "Garrison" and tells stories about the people she encountered, including former slaves.

Anthony; and family relationships.
