Annual appeals for donations to the Female Association of Philadelphia for the Relief of the Sick and Infirm Poor with Clothing, titled "An Appeal for the Suffering Poor." Lists of the current members of the Association and of gifts made in the past year appear in many of the pamphlets. Most of the appeals date from 1866-1888.
