Martha Schofield describes her room and the hotel where she is staying in Helena, Montana. She writes that she does not believe the Schofield School will "go down." She thanks her sisters for being kind to Samuel Entrikin and then recalls the day she said goodbye to him. She also reacts to some news in recent letters from her sisters.
