I have been hard at work trying oto get suffrage for women in the Statehood Bill. in the meantime Kansas has settled the question for herself, through her legIslature & now women can vote for Presidential Elections in that State. About the age of enlIstment, it Is not compulsory that young men should enlIst before 25 nor even then, but may enlIst at 18 years. I shall see Manning in Court probably. I can attend the Women's Council Apr. 10th & ospeak for peace for the [Universal peace Union] if desired. Am in otouch with the Scandinavian, French, Italian, SwIss & German societies, get their papers & their printed matter, but have not always time oto write them thanks! Wilbur. in the peace Congress at Bosoton, I was on the Committee of international Law, and was present a every meeting oto the end, but you did mention me as such in your report.
