Agnes Michels was a Bryn Mawr student (class of 1930, MA 1931, PhD 1934) then Professor of Latin at Bryn Mawr College, 1934-1975. Howard Comfort was Professor of Latin at Haverford, 1932-1969. The nearby Deanery can be seen through the window in this photograph taken for the Main Line Times. Agnes Kirsopp Lake is her maiden name.
