Page 1 is an invitation to "A Suffrage Party" for the benefit of the Brooklyn Woman Suffrage Association. Page 2 is a resolution titled "Woman Suffrage in Wyoming, dated approximately 1904. Pages 3-4 are excerpts from Proceedings of the Thirtieth Annual Convention of the National American Woman Suffrage Association." Pages 5-7 are probably excerpts from a section of the New York State Woman Suffrage Association convention annual report, dated 1902. Page 8 is probably a quote by Chapman at the Friends' General Conference in 1898.

Notebook containing extracts of letters written by Martha Schofield during her time on Wadmalaw Island, South Carolina, where she worked as a teacher of African American freedmen (1865-1866); primarily addressed to her family and copied by her mother, Mary H. Child. Loose scrap paper/notes enclosed, including a document titled "Written 1st Month 1831 in a Season of Mournful Meditation, " possibly written by Mary H. Child about the death of her mother Jane Hough Jackson (1776-1830).
