Description:
The procession for "big" May Day 1906. Costumed students move forward in formation, with the "heralds" playing bugles at the front of the procession. May Day celebrates spring and honors parting seniors featuring parades, theater, and maypole dancing. Big May Day occurs once every four years and is marked by even more extravagant celebrations.
