Phila March 6th 1845.    A Meeting of the board of Managers of the Penn. Hall Association held at 325 Arch street, Present D Neal Wm Wayne Thos Hansell P Stackhouse Peter Wright C. H. Thorne, In the Absence of of the secretary, C. H. Thorne was appointed secretary Pro Tem. The Minutes of the Last Meeting were read and Adopted. Wm Wayne on behalf of the committee reported that the amount awarded by the court was an Application refused to be paid by the County Commishoners, they furnishing information that they had caused the Case to be removed to the Supreme Court. That Inquiry might be made whether all the proceedings ought not to be Annuled.    Resolved that we now adjourn to meet on next third day evening, at 7 [p?] oclock the 11th of this months.    C. H.
