Scrapbook compiled by Lorraine Mead Schwable, class of 1912. Unlike most of the scrapbooks and photo albums in this collection, this photo album is not directly related to Bryn Mawr College. This photo album spans Schwable's years before and after her matriculation at Bryn Mawr College. It contains many individual and group portraits, mostly informal, of family members, including young children. The photographs are set at the family home and on family vacations, including to Atlantic City, New Jersey, and Denver, Colorado. There are formal and informal individual and group portraits of students at the Baldwin School, which Lorraine Mead Schwable attended prior to Bryn Mawr College. Also included are photographs of the family automobile and landscape photographs from family vacations.
